Multifunctional Logistics Complex “Sunotec” in Sofia opens its doors

We are happy and proud to share the successful completion of an extremely interesting, diverse and challenging project for our team – Multifunctional Logistics Complex of the company “Sunotech” in Sofia.

The role of “Ircon & Partners” Ltd. was key in creating the idea and developing the design. We started from a blank sheet of paper together with a very large dose of enthusiasm of our client and successively implemented in our role as Chief Designer the design phases – “Conceptual Design”, “Demolition of existing buildings and cleaning of the site”, “Organization of a tender for a Contractor, “Technical Design” and “Working Design”.

The investment project went through a number of challenges, and after the issuance of the Construction Permit, we actively participated in the control of the execution through the designer’s supervision QA/QC service. Thus, we guaranteed high-quality implementation and realization of the design we created.

We thank the Sunotec team, Mr. Kaloyan Velichkov and Mr. Ivan Prodanov for the trust and stable partnership and we sincerely wish them a “sweet stay” in their new home in Sofia and many professional successes!
