Ircon Ltd. won Sofia Municipality contest

We are proud to announce that yesterday the results of the “Contest for the elaboration of a conceptual project for construction of pedestrian bridges over the Sofia Ring Road” were announced. IRCON Ltd was ranked for the first place with its conceptual design. The jury was presented by eminent experts of the sector. The realization of this project would make possible to achieve an elegant, light and cost-effective solution for pedestrian bridges. The main objective we set up was to highlight the advantage of light weight steel construction and to show the symbiosis between architectural vision and structure. We share the principle that urban bridges should provide not only functionality, but also broadcast aesthetic messages and develop the material culture of our society.
