We are glad to share that on March 30, with the courtesy of “LEADERS’ ACADEMY” many of our key team leaders had the opportunity to speak to the young audience of our future colleagues.

In five different presentations we introduced the history of the company, our vision and professional philosophy, corporate culture, style and areas of work and professional achievements and experience.

Specific aspects of our working style were touched upon, such as the art of Structural Engineering, the trends and opportunities for applying BIM Technologies in Design, our know-how in the field of Project Management, team work upgrading and ruling the processes and last but not least the key role of the Architect in Industrial Projects.

Our team challenged the talented audience with three cases, for which we received interesting proposals and analyses. We look forward to our next meeting with the students from the “LEADERS’ ACADEMY” season 6.2, which is on April 15 in Arena Armeets Sport Hall.
